CDM4620 is a step-down DC/DC micromodule regulator with independent dual channels and 13A output or parallel single channel and 26A output. The module integrates switch controller, power FET, inductor and supporting components. Only a small amount of filter/holding capacitors and resistors are needed to form a complete step-down dual output DC/DC regulator.

CDM4650 is a step-down DC/DC micromodule regulator with independent dual channels and 25A output or parallel single channel and 50A output. It is one of the DC/DC micromodule regulators with larger current and the most widely used in the market. The module supports external frequency synchronization, multi-phase series and parallel connection, burst mode and output voltage tracking and sequencing operations. The module has a built-in temperature detection diode to provide temperature monitoring function. Fault protection features include output overvoltage and overcurrent protection, and the CDM4650 is pin-compatible with the CDM4620, CDM4630, and CDM4628A.
